I liked it but I watched Wolf Creek like a week before and it was weak compared to that.

Brutality works fine in a plausible context. WC started reasonably well but went off the rails pretty abruptly and never recovered.

Oh I totally understand man.... I did not follow it as a movie, but enjoyed very much as scene to scene terror.

It's based on a true story though, guess I could relate to it more since I'm Australian and I remember that happening. My sis is going to Europe soon (she hasn't seen Hostel). Glad of that.

Hostel was really full of tortured. But I really like this movie specially its sequel Hostel 2.
