Look again, LC. He's baaaaack. Now this thread can become "what is the worst adaptation of a Lovecraft story?"

*looks thoughtful* There are a lot of terrible adaptations, but I would have to say the worst is the highly-anticipated (er, in my rather cloistered circles) game, Call of Cthulhu, for Xbox and PC. Urrgh. The hero lives far, far too long and isn't nearly as unhinged as he should be. Ah well.

Ohhh, I see! That was supposed to be slightly mocking? :p Heh.

Of course not! I'd elucidate further, but these straightjacket sleeves make it really time-consuming to type accurately. :p I mean Jack (said protagonist) isn't crazy enough.

How about Dreams in the Witch House. Stewart Gordon (reanimator) made it for Masters of Horror. Anybody else seen it?

worst horror movies I've ever seen: "Texas Chainsaw Massacre IV", the italian-made "Bad Inclinations" and "Three faces of terror", french "La revanche des mortes-vivants" (you have to see the ending to believe it)...
